  KJR will remove all debris and trash at the premise. Our professional crew will do an initial survey, and provide an inventory list if needed. If items are deemed not to be personal belongings, we will collect, dispose, and recycle in accordance with industry standard or client's instructions.

• Sheriff’s Lockout and Eviction
  When enforcing a lockout or eviction, our staff supports local law enforcement with personal property removal and restricting access to the property. We are trained in performing lockouts and evictions efficiently while being mindfully of all parties involved.

• Janitorial Services
  KJR understands the importance of getting the property turned around quickly to go back onto the market. We also understand a buyer's first impression is important. Properties with dirty walls, floors and bathrooms could be a turn off to a potential buyer. Therefore, we offer an entire house clean up including but not limited to cleaning of the floors, carpets, bathrooms, walls, closets, garage, cabinets, kitchen, and other areas as needed.
• Lawn Care and Yard Services
  An important aspect of keeping a property appealing and to avoid fines which are issued by the municipality. We offer weekly grass cutting,weed removal, tree and hedge trimming, as well as leaf raking We can schedule services as often as needed and according to client’s preference.

• Plumbing and Winterization Services
  We offer plumbing services to address any plumbing issues, as well as winterization services.

• REO Field Services Inspection to Verify Occupancy
  Physical verification of the occupancy status, includes collecting pictures of the property, and the neighborhood. A field inspection may be necessary when there are eviction proceedings or when the property origination requires verification.

• On-Site Property Preservation
  KJR Property Preservation can complete an entire home preservation with in 48 hours. We have the ability get the property up to code with approval. We will document and photograph the work performed.

• Repair and Remodeling
