 1.
Pull back and become quiet, count your blessings everyday.
Mark 6:46 Afterwards he (Jesus) went up into the hills by
himself to pray.
James 4:10 When you bow down before the Lord and admit your
dependence on him, he will lift you up and give you honor.
2. Make 50th deal
win/lose/win. All other times WIN/WIN/WIN for all involved in
transaction.
Charity = good for client, less for you, better for the employee.
Proverbs 16:4 The Lord demands fairness in every business deal;
he sets the standard.
3. Encircle
yourself with righteous leaders.
Proverbs 13:20 Whoever walks with the wise will become wise; whoever
walks with the fools will suffer harm.
Proverbs 11:14 Without wise leadership, a nation falls; with many
counselors, there is safety.
4. Ask God to
provide a replacement for you to pass your work onto.
2 Kings 9 ..."What can I do for you before I am taken
away?"...
"Please let me become your rightful successor."
5. Fight the
feeling of the flesh.
Galations 5:19-23 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature,
your lives will produce these evil results: Sexual immorality, impure
thoughts, eagerness for lustful pleasure, idolatry, participation in
demonic activities, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of
anger, selfish ambition, divisions, the feeling that everyone is wrong
except those in your own little group, envy, drunkenness, wild
parties, and other kinds of sin. Let me tell you again, as I
have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the
kingdom of God. But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he
will produce this kind of fruit in us: Love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.
Here there is no conflict with the law. (The law's purpose = to love
God and our neighbors.) How can we allow the Holy Spirit to control
our lives? Surrender our will daily and read his word.

6. Cherish your
spouse.
Proverbs 5:18-19 (paraphrase gender neutral) Let your spouse be your
fountain of blessing for you. Rejoice in the spouse of your
youth. She/He is a loving doe/buck, a graceful deer. Let
her/his body satisfy you always. May you always be captivated by
her/his love.
7. Honor your
children, parents, and friends.
Colossians 3:21 Fathers do not aggravate your children, or they will
become discouraged.
Exodus 20:12 Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a
long, full life in the land the Lord your God will give you.
Proverbs 16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will
be successful.
8. This is the
house that God built. (KJR Ind., Inc. Business)
The new business will be all God's, it is all his.
Chronicles 29:11-14 Yours, O Lord is the greatness, the power, the
glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens
and on earth is yours, O Lord, and that is your kingdom. We
adore you as the one who is over all things. Riches and honor
come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and
might are in your land, and it is at your discretion that people are
great and given strength. O, Our God, we thank you and praise your
glorious name! But who am I, and who are my people, that we could give
anything to you? Everything we have has come from you and we give you
only what you have already given us.
9. Cherish your
closest relationships.
Proverbs 18:24 There are "friends" who destroy each other,
but real friends stick closer than a brother.
10. Share in your
growth and prosperity.
2Cor 9:6,8 Remember this - a farmer who plants only a few seeds will
get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a
generous crop. And God will generously provide all you
need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty
left over to share with others.

11. May your
mouth be in step with the beauty of your body.
Proverbs 4:24 Avoid all perverse talk; stay far from corrupt speech.
Eph 4:29 Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be
good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those
who hear them.
12. Spoil your
spouse with time and love.
Female - Col 3:18 You wives must submit to your husbands, as it is
fitting for those who belong to the Lord.
Males - Colossians 3:19 And you husbands must love your wives and
never treat them harshly.
Eph 5:25-28 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the
church and gave himself for her. In this same way, husbands
ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his
wife loves himself.
13. Forgive your
brother - Forgive means to forget.
Col 3:13 You must make allowances for each others faults and forgive
the person who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so
you must forgive others.
14. Always do the
right thing.
Deut 6:18a Do what is right and good in the Lord's sight, so all will
go well with you.
Col 3:23-25 Work hard and cheerfully at whatever you do, as though you
were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the
Lord will give you an inheritence as your reward, and the Master you
are serving is Christ. But if you do what is wrong, you will be
paid back for what wrong you have done. For God has no favorites who
can get away with evil.

15. Teach your
fellow man to be "Fishers of Men".
Matt 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and
teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
Teach - to cause, to acquire knowledge or skill, educate, instruct,
school, train, communicate, impart, implant, instill, enlighten,
indoctrinate, prepare, exercise, practice, coach.
16. Hold on to
your loyal workers.
Mat 9:37 The harvest is plenty but the workers are few.
Prov 3:27 Do not withhold pay from workers.
17. Begin your
work today.
Psalm 119:60 I will hasten and not delay to obey your commands.
Prov 19:2 Zeal without knowledge is not good; a person who moves too
quickly may go the wrong way.
