Property Disposal Management

• Management of single-family house rehabs.
• Determine extent of rehab involved for each property.
• Approve all materials needed for each rehab fix.
• Select and supervise all contractors performing work.
• Sale/lease of property once rehab completed (15 units)

Assistant Project Management

• Contract to build $16 million dollar, 90,000 sq/ft High School
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and prepared minutes
• Ensured proper material acquisitions per specifications
• Ensured projects were operating on time and within budget
• Ensured that project procedures were implemented and followed

• Investment Security Licenses: Series 6, 66, 26 and 65 Mutual Funds
