sole purpose of rehab and resale to first time homebuyers and
investors looking to obtain rental properties in the metropolitan St.
Louis city and county areas.
We purchase all types of properties
but our staple retail product is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit with a
finished lower level and a two car garage, that would sell below
$115,000 dollars. Our mission is to provide an exceptional rehab
at below market prices packed with equity and a buying experience
second to none.
Our second market is directed toward
beginning investors looking to acquire rental investments for long
term holds to either 1) augment their retirement income or 2) replace
the equity lost in their retirement accounts. Our typical rental
is a 3 bedroom unit that would qualify for Governmental Section 8
assistance. These units generally rent out for $750-850 per
month and cashflow for the owner about $150-175 dollars net per month.
